Product Highlights

Delicious Instant Oatmeal: Our delicious instant gluten-free protein oatmeal packets are made with whole grain oats with a touch of brown sugar. Enjoy the taste of a breakfast classic without the extra fat, carbs and calories. A filling start to the day, nutritious post-workout meal or healthy afternoon snack.
Protein Packed: Packed with 15g of satisfying protein to help stay full for longer and satisfied throughout the day. Our apple cinnamon protein oatmeal is the ideal breakfast option to help reduce hunger levels at only 110 calories or less per serving. Fuel the body the right way each morning with these instant oats.
Dieting Made Easy: Start the day with our protein apple cinnamon oatmeal and give the tastebuds what they deserve. Easy to prepare in the microwave or on the stovetop and ready within minutes. These protein oatmeal packets are the perfect addition to any weight management routine and quick to make for those busy mornings.
Soy Protein: How did we cut down on carbs and increase protein content? Our apple cinnamon protein oatmeal contains two types of protein. Soy is a low-calorie, low-fat protein that not only keeps you satisfied. Its nutritional profile also helps lower “bad” cholesterol and triglycerides, supports bone and muscle health, and adds calcium and phosphorus to your diet.
Milk Protein: On a cold morning, nothing’s quite like a hot bowl of oatmeal with just a bit of milk swirled around. We add milk protein not just to create this experience but to also give your body the nutrients it needs. This complete protein adds all nine essential amino acids to fuel muscle growth and aid round-the-clock tissue repair. This combination ups your energy and strength for workouts, even as you cut calories.
Classic Flavor: Pulling back on sugar and carbs shouldn’t mean settling for subpar taste. In creating a lower-calorie, high-satisfaction oatmeal, we add cinnamon and dried apples for a crisp, invigorating and just lightly sweet finish that won’t set your health journey back.
Trusted Brand: BariWise is committed to providing highly nutritional products that are supported by hospitals, physicians and clinics all over the country. Our BariWise protein oatmeal is made with 1g fat, 2g sugar and 8g net carbs.

Customers Talked About

Reviews Summary

Customers say this oatmeal is filling, tasty, and convenient for breakfast or snacks. Many appreciate the maple brown sugar and apple cinnamon flavors, often adding extras like berries, nuts, or cinnamon. Users frequently mention it keeps them satisfied and is easy to prepare. However, several note texture issues, describing it as too thin, runny, or paste-like rather than traditional oatmeal consistency. Common complaints include the oatmeal boiling over in the microwave and requiring deep bowls. Some find it too sweet while others consider it bland. Many customers are repeat buyers who use it regularly, though others wouldn't purchase again due to texture or taste preferences.

ordered wrong oatmeal
I meant to order wonder slim protein brown sugar oatmeal. I ordered bariwise protein brown sugar oatmeal by mistake. I havent had bariatric surgery but I decided to try the oatmeal before sending it back. To my surprise I really liked the flavor of the bariwise brown sugar oatmeal and am keeping them. Really tastes great I think. The texture is more like cream of wheat than oatmeal but that doesn't bother me.
