Your complete satisfaction is very important to us! If for any reason you wish to return any of the following items within 90 days of purchase, we’ll give you a full refund (less shipping), or exchange for product(s) of equal price, no questions asked. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Items eligible for refund or exchange:
- Any unopened, unused box, case, bottle or container of consumable products
- Up to 1 (one) partially used box, bottle or container per unique product. (ie. per flavor, sku)
To return unopened, unused, or partially used items as listed above, please contact our customer care team to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number. It’s that simple!

Please know that we cannot accept any returns that do NOT have an RMA number. Any items returned without an authorization will incur a return processing fee of $10.

At the present time, Diet Direct does NOT accept personal checks.

State law requires us to charge applicable sales tax on all orders shipped within the US. Tax is based on your product selections and the shipping address provided.

Orders of $79 or more (after discounts and excluding applicable taxes) receive FREE Ground Shipping within the Contiguous United States (which excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Orders of less than $79 receive $4.99 Flat Rate Shipping within the Contiguous United States. Express Shipping fees are explained in the Shipping Details section of our site.

We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard (ground) shipping typically arrives within 2–7 business days within the contiguous United States.
We partner with a variety of carriers, including SpeedX, OSM, OnTrac, UPS, DHL Global Mail, and USPS. Carrier selection is based on factors like package weight and destination.
If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping option at checkout. Faster delivery methods are available for an additional cost.

If an item you ordered is out of stock when we receive your order and not available within 24 hours, we will send you the items that are in-stock without delay. Backordered item(s) will be refunded to you immediately and will re-sync with your next fill date.

Each diet kit (Basic, Core and Premium) includes a variety of Wonderslim® products sufficient to carry you through the time period of the kit. You’ll also receive a Food Shopping List, Food Diary and a 20 oz. Shaker Bottle.
Our diet kits never leave you guessing what you’ll need to eat each day. It is all laid out in plain, easy-to-understand language. While each plan may seem a bit structured at first sight, you’ll be amazed by the exciting variety of flavors and textures available to you. On the Wonderslim® Diet Plan, you’ll eat 6 times a day, which breaks down to about once every 2 to 3 hours.

Yes, you can have as many non-caloric beverages as you like. Tea and coffee are only considered non-caloric beverages when consumed without cream or sugar. Monitoring your use of creamers and sweeteners is advised when following the Wonderslim® Diet Plan.

Yes. One Healthy meal is an essential part of the Wonderslim® Diet Plan. Specifically, this meal includes several ounces (depending on gender) of protein, at least two servings of vegetables and one starch.

Most people choose to have their Healthy meal in the evening, but others choose to have it for lunch. Some of our customers have had great success splitting it between dinner and lunch. This flexibility is one of the features that makes this diet plan a realistic choice for people with busy or unpredictable schedules.

How do I begin using Subscribe & Save?
To get started, you’ll first need a Diet Direct account. You must be signed in to set up recurring shipments. If you don’t already have an account, you can create one in just a few moments by clicking HERE.
Products eligible for Subscribe & Save will show reorder options on the product page. You can choose delivery intervals of 2, 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks.
Once you’ve selected the items you’d like to subscribe to, simply complete your Subscribe & Save order at checkout.
You can manage your subscriptions at any time by clicking the “Manage Subscriptions” link under the Account tab.
From there you’ll see all your items along with details about your delivery schedule.
Before each shipment, we’ll send you a reminder email with your order details and the deadline to make any changes.

Certainly. All of the products you select for Subscribe & Save can be shipped at intervals you select. For instance, you might want your meal replacement shakes to be shipped every 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks, yet only need your nutritional supplements to arrive every 8 weeks. You can adjust these time intervals individually for each product.

Your first Subscribe & Save order will be charged during checkout. After that, your payment method will be authorized and charged on the Subscribe & Save ship date.

You will receive the sale pricing on the day that you sign up for your subscription. When your recurring order fills, you will receive 20% OFF standard subscription pricing.

Yes, we will. We will send you a reminder email 3 days before your order is processed. You can, if you wish, change the number of items, the time intervals items ship, fill date, payment method and shipping address. You can also skip or cancel items.
The Manage Subscriptions tab allows you to make changes on each of your Subscribe & Save products.

What updates can I make within the My Subscriptions area?

You can add new products, change to another flavor (when available), update the quantity of products, frequency of delivery, payment method, shipping address, delivery date, skip a delivery, or cancel products. Any changes you make will occur on future orders and will not affect orders already in progress.

Yes. Just go to the Manage Subscriptions tab, click on Upcoming Orders, locate the product you wish to skip and click on the “Skip Next Delivery” link. This next delivery of this product will be skipped and will resume with the following shipment date.

If an item in your subscription is out of stock when your order is processed, you will receive an email notification.
Your order will still process and ship as normal for any available items in your subscription. The out-of-stock item will automatically be included in your next scheduled order and will ship at that time if it is back in stock.

We will contact you via email informing you that the product has been discontinued and it will be removed from your subscription.

We will send you an email notification 5 (five) days before your estimated shipping date. You will have 4 (four) days after you receive the order notification email to make changes to your order. You can log into your My Account > My Subscriptions tab, to see available changes listed with each item scheduled for Subscribe & Save shipments.

We will send you an email notification when your Subscribe & Save shipment begins to process. If there is an issue with your order that causes a shipment to be missed, you will be immediately notified by email.
