Big tablets but chewable and delicious. Not hard to chew but break apart easily. Easy way to get calcium. I get mine with a cola, and the acidic cola and basic calcium tablet fizz and foam while the calcium dissolves so I know the calcium is getting into my bloodstream quickly.
