What Is Your Return Policy?

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us! If for any reason you wish to return any of the following items within 30 days of purchase, we’ll give you a full refund (less shipping), or exchange for product(s) of equal price, no questions asked. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. International orders may be returned for a refund only.

Items eligible for refund or exchange:

  • Any unopened, unused box, case, bottle or container of consumable products
  • Up to 1 (one) partially used box, bottle or container per unique product. (ie. per flavor, sku)

To return unopened, unused, or partially used items as listed above, please contact our customer care team to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number. It’s that simple!

Please know that we cannot accept any returns that do NOT have an RMA number. Any items returned without an authorization will incur a return processing fee of $10.

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

DietDirect.com accepts online payment with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and Paypal.

At the present time, Diet Direct does NOT accept personal checks.

Do You Charge Sales Tax On My Order?

State law requires us to charge applicable sales tax on all orders shipped within the US. Tax is based on your product selections and the shipping address provided.

How Much Will Shipping Cost?

Orders of $79 or more (after discounts and excluding applicable taxes) receive FREE Ground Shipping within the Contiguous United States (which excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Orders of less than $79 receive $8.49 Flat Rate Shipping within the Contiguous United States. For all other orders, shipping cost is calculated by the shipping carrier based on shipping method, package weight and shipping region. In these cases, we will charge you what the carrier charges and no Diet Direct handling fee. How Soon Will My Order Arrive?

While we aim to process your shipment within 3-5 business days, if you need your order within a specific timeframe we would suggest selecting one of our expedited shipping methods.

Standard Ground Shipping is done through FedEx Ground or US Mail. Ground shipping generally has a delivery time of 2 to 7 days within the Contiguous United States. Faster shipping methods are also available at an additional cost. What About Back Orders?

If an item you ordered is out of stock when we receive your order and not available within 24 hours, we will send you the items that are in-stock without delay. Backordered item(s) will be refunded to you immediately.

What Is Included In The Diet Kits?

Each diet kit (Basic, Core and Premium) includes a variety of WonderSlim® & BariWise products sufficient to carry you through the time period of the kit. You’ll also receive a Food Shopping List, Food Diary, Supplements and a 20 oz. Shaker Bottle.

Our diet kits never leave you guessing what you’ll need to eat each day. It is all laid out in plain, easy-to-understand language. While each plan may seem a bit structured at first sight, you’ll be amazed by the exciting variety of flavors and textures available to you. Since “boring diets never last,” we strive to keep your taste buds interested.

Can I Customize a Diet Kit?

Yes, you can customize any of the diet kits without disturbing the nutritional balance of the WonderSlim® Diet Plan by clicking on the Customize button on each diet kit main page. This will give you the opportunity to “tweak” the kit to better suit your preferences.

How Much Weight Will I Lose?

Just as gas mileage varies with individual driving habits, weight loss varies with lifestyle choices and actual compliance to the plan.

Should I Check With A Doctor Before I Start Your Diet Plan?

Yes. We strongly suggest consulting with your doctor before starting any diet, exercise or supplementation program.

How Often Will I Eat On This Plan?

On the WonderSlim® Diet Plan, you’ll eat 6 times a day, which breaks down to about once every 2 to 3 hours.

How Much Water Should I Drink?

We recommend drinking at least 8 full glasses of water a day.

Can I Have Coffee, Tea Or Diet Soda?

Yes, you can have as many non-caloric beverages as you like. Tea and coffee are only considered non-caloric beverages when consumed without cream or sugar. Monitoring your use of creamers and sweeteners is advised when following the WonderSlim® Diet Plan.

Does Your Diet Plan Include A Meal?

Yes. One Healthy meal is an essential part of the WonderSlim® Diet Plan. Specifically, this meal includes several ounces (depending on gender) of protein, at least two servings of vegetables and one starch.

When Do I Eat My Healthy Meal?

Most people choose to have their Healthy meal in the evening, but others choose to have it for lunch. Some of our customers have had great success splitting it between dinner and lunch. This flexibility is one of the features that makes this diet plan a realistic choice for people with busy or unpredictable schedules.
