Ingredients:
Rolled Oats, Milk Protein Isolate, Calcium Caseinate, Potassium Caseinate, Fructose, Gum Arabic, Dehydrated Apples, Corn Bran, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Salt, Cinnamon, Guar Gum, Sucralose.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:

Comments: pretty good... However..you MUST follow the directions...if you FOLLOW the directions and cook at 50% power it will not boil over ;)

Comments: I have been pretty happy with everything else on this diet, but the Oatmeal was disgusting. I thought okay there isn't that much here I can get it down. No way, I had to spit it out before I gagged. I even tried to add more cinnamon, but it didn't help. Save your money!

Comments: Tasty just the same however, the microwave time should be read as 1.11 minutes for 234 times as necessary, otherwise the oatmeal bubbles out all over the dish, microwave, etc, and then hardens.
